Year 13’s Final Major Project ‘IMAGINE’ exhibition was the best selling Visual Art and Design event so far. Selling roughly 170 tickets, it was a great success and a fantastic way to finish on such a highlight for the year 13 students.
Hopefully this will inspire the future FMP exhibitions to be even bigger and better.

Year 11 and Year 13 BTEC students are busy producing some fantastic artwork for the upcoming exhibition based around the theme of ‘Change’.
Last week Year 12 produced a series of photographs inspired by Picasso’s ‘Light Paintings’.
With a simple studio set up, the students used a three second shutter speed on the DSLR camera along with an LED light, to produce these intriguing images.
These photographs will be used as source material for paintings and drawings during the ‘Distort Me, Distort ID’ project.
Some fantastic examples of work produced by Erin Harley for the recent
A-Z of Birmingham exhibition at BOA.
